We dined in this evening, 1 week after restaurants were able to reopen after the Covid shutdown. I was very impressed by the service and the flow/safety of the process. I love that you have patrons text upon arrival allowing them to wait in the car until a seat is available. This is something to consider adopting as a permanent practice!! Thank you for spacing the seating and all the employees had on masks!! Great Job Bad Brads NB!! As always, the food and beer were top notch! Awesome food and service
The brisket was great as usual. But I do not recommend ordering on a weekend. I’m pregnant and had a craving for brisket but did not realize it was a Friday night. Long story short I ordered the pickup for 7:45 so my husband could pick it up on his way home from work. He got there at 7:40 and waited around 45 minutes to receive our food. I think the ordering system could be a little more efficient when it comes to pickup times that’s all
We’ve always been fans of Bad Brad’s, and used the curbside pick-up recently. It was a great set-up! Ordered and paid over the phone, and one-way to pick the food up. Within 5 minutes of pulling in, the staff member put my food in the trunk and I was on my way. The only thing on the phone, she didn’t ask if I wanted to add tip, and since it said no cash I didn’t at pick-up. I would have liked to give a tip for the curbside service. Hope to use-have that option in the future!
I had a second PERFECT carryout experience yesterday; thanks to Lexi and Brittany, ordering is fast & efficient and the food comes delivered right to your car door outside!! thanks so much!!!! will be back, and can't wait to Done In again!!!
