RecommendedHighly recommend Bad Boys Cycles in Billings MT. They were able to get our Harley in for an oil change when the local dealer. Staff members were very professional, efficient and helpful. Would definitely have service work done here again if in the area. Dave Cramer
My 2012 Ultra lost the clutch up on Beartooth pass. When I called Billings Harley-Davidson I was told that if I could get it in there they would see if they could look at it but it was first come first serve. I was from out of town and only in the area for two more days. When I contacted Bad Boys they said they could get it in right away. Had it there the next morning and they had me back on the road before noon. Couldn't be happier with their service! Got my bike back today and it's awesome. Bad boy got it done fast. The staff is amazing. I'll be taking my bike back in the future.
Took my King in for a tune and service after upgrading the slipons and intake. Got her back yesterday and she runs, shifts and sounds perfect! Even fixed a nasty gauge in my tank that a contractor did while working on my home, keep in mind this is not something I mentioned nor asked, they just took care of it, were also honest enough to tell me they had put on a different oil filter then what I had on it and made sure to let me know and gave me the difference in cash back. About 3 weeks ago, my wife and I were on our 1st vacation in 24 years. In Billings we got a flat rear tire. Not knowing anyone in the area, we called Beartooth HD. was treated very very rudely to say the least. The called the Yamaha dealer, that was a farce and a half. Got referred to Bad Boys, they came within 1/2 hour and hauled us to their shop. They had us done in about an hour. The bill was very reasonable And service exceplant.
