Not satisfied with the service at all. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and didn’t clearly explain the fees upfront. When you're dealing with something as serious as bail, you expect reliable support, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience.
I was really disappointed with the service. It took a long time to get any updates, and every time I called, I felt like I was being rushed off the phone. During a stressful situation, you expect clear guidance and support, but that wasn’t the case here.
