I dont even know where to start for a review. After being approved for $6,000 to get a mower, i chose the $5,199 zt elite 60 inch. i was told i would get the 60inch for the 54inch price. Somehow the total ended up to be $6,240. wasn't happy about that, but i paid the $240 in cash so I'd be at $6,000. well a week and a half later here we are. I've yet to receive paperwork from anyone including sheffield. no emails have been replied to, and I have waited on hold 3 times for 30 plus minutes each time. not happy and have been ta... read more

We were promised a 1-2 day time on changing of hydrolic fluid of our mower...a week and a half later it still wasn't done. So after letting them know how upset we were, they magically had time to get to our mower and delivered it to our home...and now it won't even start. NEVER doing business with them again.

I bought a badboy and it's in my opinion so much better than the john Deere mower I have. also eric has provided excellent service. anything I need done has been taken care of promptly and they are quick to get it done. eric has went out of his way to get anything I need for parts and I highly recommend everyone go check out badboy mowers of ardmore. they also have a great selection of mowers. I just want to think them for taking care of me and my mower.
