Placed two online orders. The first one the ice was completely melted or was never even added and I arrived 3 minutes after it was scheduled. Ice doesn't melt that fast... The second order I ordered a chai and when I went to pick it up they told me they were out of chai and a refund would go back on my card. I was never offered a receipt of said refund and I don't know why it even let me order it in the first place if they are out. Good management keeps up with what is in stock and will adjust online availability accordingly... read more

Stopped off here for a macadamia nut latte and a breakfast burrito. Great coffee and really enjoyed the burrito too! Highly recommend.
