I would not recommend these apartments for several reasons. Repairs are not done correctly or in a timely fashion. The manager does not enforce rules that they make. Neighbors are loud and leave trash all over the property. The police have been called to the builing I live in over 5 times for fights, shootings, etc. I have made complaints but nothing gets done!

do not trust these two ladies. one is too young and the other is to slow. I recently moved into these apartments.Im very upset and disappointed with the way they fix things around here. Ive been having problems with my apartment since the day I moved in. They need to hire someone with experience to maintain and fix this apartment complex. Because nothing gets fixed right .The live in handy man is hard to reach on the weekends or just dont answer his door when you go to his apartment. Thats bad business and they wonder why some people dont pay their rent or move out without telling them.
I am gonna be brutally honest...Do not move here. I live in the last apartments in the back, they need to be in the back! They are literally falling apart, very unsanitary,the stairwells were nasty and trash has been left outside in it since i have been here,constantly have ants and spiders, the ceiling leaks when it rains,the faucet in the masterbath constantly runs, cabinets are rusty, nothing works properly! This is not a good place to move to "DONT PLEASE"the management team assured me my unit would be ready to move in on the 30 of the month, it was not ready. When I went to see the apartment before signing the lease it was filthy, it had not been painted, the carpet was not clean, I could not even entered the bathroom it was so dirty. How can a apartment community be so uncaring about the inconvenience of a new tentant due to their negligent.
I live near this apartment complex. I cant comment on the interiors, but the residents seem to get more and more thuggish every year. Gunfire erupts every now and then. On New Years Eve it sounds like the Iraq War.
