First of all I Did not want to even give one star! Sales woman Lied! Told us one price but come to find out it’s another price! We purchased back in April 2020, been paying on it all this time , thinking this year in April it’s paid off? Well no, 23 payments left Wow! Hi Melissa. I apologize about the confusion. It sounds like you opted to do rent to own. We, as the shed dealer, sell build and deliver. However, we are not the rent to own company. If you read back through your paperwork and rental contract, it states the purchase price for the building to buy outright. That purchase price is the cash price. 14x40 building bought messed up while moving. Fixed inaccurately. Roof caved could have hurt my kids. Now left with a building that is not usable and their answer , not their problem.

Hi Christy. The shed you rented was a preowned building. Used sheds are not always perfect and that's why they are as-is/no warranty, which is noted and signed off on your order form. All of our new buildings are covered under a 5 year warranty. People do seek out used buildings because of the discount for a fixer upper.
