Ordered a swim spa in October of 2020. We were told that they could not order until January of 2021, and that was not an issue. They required a 50% deposit at the time of the order. We were informed at the end of April 2021 that the spa was no longer available. With further conversation we discovered that they knew there was an issue as early as late January and they apparently concealed that issue (undoubtedly to save the sale/deposit) despite two conversations with them since January.
