Fine dining, date spot. Romantic inside or out. – Yes expensive, but good and healthy.
Stuck between 2 concepts – Part of the restaurant is going for the ?backyard? eclectic vibe ? which is done by the use of white plastic lawn chairs, campy table cloths, outdoor seating ? which is fine, but then go all the way with relatively cheap, down-home eclectic food. Part of the restaurant wants to be upscale and charge on average of $30+ per entree. For that amount I expect a certain level of quality and professionalism.
