HORRIBLE – Went to rest for first time recently Hostess/manager? I will call her blondie was the most condecending rest person I have ever encountered service decent food poor at best it was labor day weekend if you have none of the specials that you just told us about two seconds ago dont tell us about them never mind at least three or four other regular entrees not available if you are closing for seasons or labor day is a problem for them at least tell us when we call judging by quality of food there was available it prob... read more
best place to eat "down the shore" – The food is always great...Staff is very friendly... Comfortable settings, atmosphere is just relaxing..My favorite place to eat when we are down the shore...my only complaint, if any, I wish they had a breakfast/brunch
Awesome!!! We had a great time – we go every year at least once - we invite family and friends when they visit us in town. it is nice to be able to bring your own bottle (we enjoy wine) and enjoy a great meal while just chilling out. the food is great and the service has not been a problem for us in all the years we have eaten at the Back Yard. we recommend trying it - and believe if you are looking for a change of pace; this is it!!!
