I purchased my Vortex Fisher 5 Spa hot tub and had it delivered on September 2025. Professional service from Ty and his team from the moment I walked in the store. My family and I use it regularly with no issues to date. It’s a great way to cure the winter blues. I would definitely recommend purchasing a spa from this location.
When I first walked in to Backyard Pool and Spa and met Al I knew this was the place we were going to buy our hot tub after visiting many competitors and spa shows. We purchased an American Whirlpool 471 which has a lounger. My wife insisted on this model and I am so glad she did. It also has two seats with a great neck massage. Install was seamless.
