We purchased our first hot tub in 2003 and use it at least 5 times a week. Backyard Pool and Spa has provided excellent customer service through the years so needless to say in December 2024 we returned to their showroom when our original hot tub needed to be replaced. We got the Vita Monarque hot tub on a great truckload sale just before Thanksgiving. Ty and team were able to queue it up for delivery and hookup just in time for the long weekend so we could surprise our kids. From purchase to delivery to regular customer service, the whole experience has been top notch and professional. Would highly recommend the team if you’re looking for quality products and friendly expertise.
