I purchased my Vortex Fisher 5 Spa hot tub and had it delivered on September 2025. Professional service from Ty and his team from the moment I walked in the store. My family and I use it regularly with no issues to date. It’s a great way to cure the winter blues. I would definitely recommend purchasing a spa from this location.
When I first walked in to Backyard Pool and Spa and met Al I knew this was the place we were going to buy our hot tub after visiting many competitors and spa shows. We purchased an American Whirlpool 471 which has a lounger. My wife insisted on this model and I am so glad she did. It also has two seats with a great neck massage. Install was seamless. We had a very positive experience from the moment we walked into Backyard Pool and Spa in August. Al was super knowledgeable about the swim spas we were interested in and we were sold right after leaving the store. We purchased the Riverspace 15. It has 2 loungers and benches to accommodate people. Plus I like with this swim spa you can set the jets to what each person wants while other swim spas companies don’t have that feature. Really great service and follow-up. Delivery went perfectly as did support figuring out the chemicals. I've also found Ty's online tutorials helpful. We're loving our new Bullfrog tub. My teens are using it almost every day!
