Great place to shop for my pool needs. Dealt with a young girl Erica very nice and informative. Highly recommend them.
I had them open and close my pool a couple if times . 1- Reps are a bit rude and not willing to help , seems to be overloaded with work or maybe the culture of company . 2- they opened my pool this summer , forgot to enable salt system , filter canister was also leaking and I noticed that they didnt even fasten the screw . They left it open . No communication. 3- reported the issue , some one responded that he will send experienced crew to check , they never showed up. Will never use this service again .
I recommend this store wholeheartedly whether it is for your pool , BBQ or hot tub . The customer service is always top notch. I recently purchased a patio set and Alex delivered and set it up for me ! Love my new furniture !!!! Thank you Backyard pool and Spa. Vanda
