I have been consistently impressed with the level of service from Backyard leisure. Everyone I have encountered from the showroom to the delivery team has been very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I have had my hot tub for a few months now and they even continued to help me with questions I had weeks after delivery. Had some troubles with my hot tub when I drained and restarted it. I called in and instantly he knew exactly what the issue was and told me how to fix it! Extremely helpful! This is the reason I purchased my new hot tub from Backyard Leisure. They are extremely helpful & their service goes above & beyond!
