Spoke to a sales guy (Curtis) . He told me by telephone he would charge $60K without measuring and knowing the size of my backyard. He said he didn't want to waste his time measuring and drawing a plan if I wasn't going to pay $60K. I have no problem spending $60K but I expect exceptional customer service. Not today, and not at Backyard Creations. My first impression was horrible so I decided to stop there and not take any chances. Buyer beware!

They trespassed onto our property, ignored our obvious 'No Solicitors' sign on the door, and littered their spam tracts at our door. We do not respect anyone who disrespects us and our property. Shame on you.
