After multiple calls and follow-ups, I still wasn’t able to get Backyard Butler to schedule a quote or even lock in a date for a cleaning ahead of an upcoming event at our home. I was told I’d receive a call to get on the calendar, but that never happened. Disappointing, especially since their website and services are exactly what I was looking for. The crew did a phenomenal job cleaning our patio after the long winter! They were very detailed, took photos of everything before so everything would be put back as it was. They were kind and hard working and are very pleased!
Window cleaning was excellent. And a good value. Ricky and Kesston were nice and very professional
I've been using Backyard Butler for a few years now to perform weekly clean-up of the deck furniture and the entire around my pool. It's a large area with several tables and more than 16 chairs and chaise lounges, as well as a couch and chairs with matching ottomans I'm so happy to have someone else do the work so I can just enjoy my backyard instead of spending the whole weekend cleaning it!
