They built a large barn for us some years ago and there was an issue with the shingle install. They honored the warranty and went above and beyond to make everything right! Unfortunately you don't find people like this around very often anymore. They stood behind their product and took care of the issues and then some. We would definitely use them again.
Ordered the shed through Home Depot, builders were Backyard Products out of Grand Rapids. The shed took 2 days to build, and after the installers left we had noticed a loose board with several missed nails. We had informed the builder about the loose board and he said he would fix it when he did his final inspection. When the builder was done and left, we noticed he did not fix the board.
