We purchased a swing set through Costco to be delivered through this company. We were originally told it would be delivered 4/27. When nobody showed up, my husband called to see what was going on. They said that they only had 1/3 boxes and were waiting for the other 2 from the manufacturer. Fast forward to today (5/22). No contact with this company since. I purchased a play set for my children 8 weeks ago from Costco. I have made arrangements 5 different times to be home for the install only to be blown off, no call no show. Still no play set. This has been a really disappointing process and company, my children keep asking every day if they are getting a play set. The kids go back to school in a few days. Major let down from Backyard Buildings. I will be contacting Costco to have my purchase refunded.
Terrible experience with this company. Completely dishonest/unorganized/behind schedule, in addition to doing things incorrectly when they get around to doing what you hired them for. Ordered a shed from Costco on April 26 it arrive almost 6 weeks later 1 week out side expected delivery time. They missed 2 windows of times they gave me to deliver. I bought a shed from Lowes in April and paid way too much money to have it installed and painted. After 6 weeks of no installers showing up when they were scheduled and many many calls to this company of when or if this shed was ever going to be installed it finally happened. The weeks I waited for them were very frustrating. I made many calls to them and no one called back. Poorly built junk. Installers are clueless. Less than 4 years old, roof leaks and doors are falling apart. Don't waste your money. Old Hickery Buildings puts out a well built product for a better price. Never waste your money on back yard buildings.
