I have taken classes at Backyard Bootcamp and Topham Street Gym for the last 18 months. I highly recommend the facility though the owner, Leslie Maltz, is the one who makes it a "very worthwhile" experience. I thought I knew what I was doing for workouts. She counseled me on better ways to achieve my goals. Plus, she opened up my thinking to different ways of nutrition with her nutrition counseling. I am a big fan of her methods. As an experienced gym person, I recommend Leslie to every level of fitness enthusiast. Bravo!!
