Never got the opportunity to taste any food. After 20 minutes of being seated, not a single person came to greet us, let alone take our drink or food order. Manager was indifferent to our issue.

Everything about Backwaters is exceptional!! The drink menu, the atmosphere, the view, the food and the service are all top notch! Honestly, cannot think of one thing I don't love about Backwaters! Highly recommend any of the seafood, but especially the smoked fish spread and the Hogfish! Out of this world!!
