We purchased a Sportsman 252cc from this boat dealer, it was a horrible experience. We were told the boat and trailer were 2018's. Our bank let us know that the trailer was a 2017, they knew it but sold it to us anyway. The owner was very disrespectful and stated "oh it was right on the cusp". The package also showed a spare tire, We asked the salesman Chuck and he said he would call us back, he never did. We had to fight for what we payed for. It bought a boat from them over a month ago and 2 of the gauges don't work. They promised to send a mechanic intil now the mechanic has not shown up. Not only that when I bought the boat (cash) the salesman promised to accompany me from Bing's Landing to my house. He left us at Bing's and this is my first boat. He promised to help me dock my boat to the lift. Luckily my niece was with me with a smart phone and was able to find my place. We had a hard time docking my boat on the lift.
Backwater 2 BlueWater recently serviced our boat and we have had nothing but problems ever since! And they won't take responsibility for it. When the GPS they installed would not work, they recommended my husband "google" how to do it himself! I would not recommend them in a million years to my worst enemy. RUN in the opposite direction of this place if you value your boat.
