Been coming to Lee for the past 3 years. Coming to her is not only convenient but stress-free. She's sweet, kind, and is the master of nails to say the least. Her work is phenomenal and long lasting. I've recommended multiple new guest to her, which all resulted in returning clientele every-time. The salon she resides in is professional and very welcoming. I always grab some of the amazing refreshments and snacks they have at the front. You want high quality and a great service provider? This is the place to be!!!
Lana Licata is amazing! I have very thick, coarse hair. She did a great job with my face frame. My hair feathers really well now. I received some compliments from a couple of people on how great my hair looks. Lana is very thorough and pays attention to detail. She is a perfectionist. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and family.
She was really kind but I got charged full price and for the blow dry and I hate it. I like sat in my car and cried because it looks nothing like I asked. They cut above my chin and it is ugly. 1st pic is result, 2nd is before she cut it, last is what i asked for I thiught shed at least offer to not charge for the blowdry since I told her I didn't like it, but I was wrong. I left after paying and just feel heartbroken and ugly before my 3 year anniversary celebration
Nail Tech Li does not respect customers time. I finally decided to get my nails done so I try setting up an appointment she says she can do Wednesday morning I agree then she sends me 2pm, Im confused that's not morning she apologizes then sets me up for 12pm. She texts me to push back my appointment 15 minutes, ok np except when I get there at 12:15 she's no where to be found. I text her I'm here, she texts back ok.
