My first experience with Terry at Backroads RV was today, April 20th, 2026. Wow! My RV water heater had decided to leak water when under pressure. Not just leak but virtually explode water everywhere. I couldn't figure out why, but Terry diagnosed the problem within minutes and got right on it. Within the hour it was fixed and I was back on the road. The bill for his effort and professionalism was less than half of what the big RV dealers would have charged. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Les propriétaires, nous avons expliqué notre situation, il n'avait pas de disponibilité, le propriétaire est venu jeter un coup d'œil à notre problème et il a trouvé une place pour nous réparer rapidement puisque ce n'était pas compliqué pour lui. Nous avons eu un excellent service des gens super sympathiques habiles avec des taux horaires très raisonnables. Merci beaucoup à vous, vous avez sauvé notre voyage.
Just replaced RV batteries before heading out on holiday. 1st night out no 12v operation…. Batteries all good… connections good… Converter working … checked everything again… no inline fuse… knew it was the line between the battery and the converter but could not find the fault… manual useless! Entering Kamloops found the webpage and review for Backroads… Service was amazing… a circuit breaker up near the fifth wheel… back on the road in 20 minutes! Thank you!
Wow! Terry sure saved our camping trip. Our fridge stopped running properly shortly into our trip, as we were passing through Kamloops we gave backroads a call to see if they could take a look. Terry was able to help us last minute and save our camping trip within minutes and get our fridge running again. Excellent service, thank you so much for helping so last minute!
