Wow! Terry sure saved our camping trip. Our fridge stopped running properly shortly into our trip, as we were passing through Kamloops we gave backroads a call to see if they could take a look. Terry was able to help us last minute and save our camping trip within minutes and get our fridge running again. Excellent service, thank you so much for helping so last minute!
Terry replaced a fridge for us which he did quickly, and the fridge seems to work well. However, in taking the fridge out of the trailer and replacing it, he damaged multiple components of the door frame and did not reinstall the door frame properly leaving some screws missing (I had to replace these myself). Overall, if you need some done quickly, sure. But if you want quality work, and an honest guy that will show you the dings, I would not recommend Backroads.
Called this morning to ask if they could help us with our RV, they said to bring it in. Came to their shop 3 hours later and they got to work. Had us back up and running in under an hour. Honest Mom & Pop shop, will definitely go back if needed.
