Highly recommend. We called as one of our customers in the road was having power issues, they got us booked in last minute. It ended up being just a quick fix and they didn’t even charge us. Solid company to work with and would recommend.

My first experience with Terry at Backroads RV was today, April 20th, 2026. Wow! My RV water heater had decided to leak water when under pressure. Not just leak but virtually explode water everywhere. I couldn't figure out why, but Terry diagnosed the problem within minutes and got right on it. Within the hour it was fixed and I was back on the road. The bill for his effort and professionalism was less than half of what the big RV dealers would have charged. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Les propriétaires, nous avons expliqué notre situation, il n'avait pas de disponibilité, le propriétaire est venu jeter un coup d'œil à notre problème et il a trouvé une place pour nous réparer rapidement puisque ce n'était pas compliqué pour lui. Nous avons eu un excellent service des gens super sympathiques habiles avec des taux horaires très raisonnables. Merci beaucoup à vous, vous avez sauvé notre voyage.
