Ordered two racks and mounting kit . Every rack and kit came with smashed damaged boxes. Hardware missing dented scratches and damaged.
3 months and counting waiting for a part missing from my order. The reason I was given is: So sorry for the delay, they switched manufacturers from Canada to India on BackRack and this has delayed everything. Current report is showing Mid November on delivery for these. Yet another manufacturer leaving Canada. “How much steel do you use these days Todd?” -Mark Carney
Not sure what's going on with this company. Ordered a new bracket for my existing backrack to accommodate a tonneau cover....but almost 3 months later, I haven't received anything. I had to demand a refund from RealTruck which only happened in a timely manner because I threatened to open a dispute. Seems like they've gone out of business or having issues with tariffs or something. My recommendation is to steer clear.
I have had the same issues with this company as the other reviews. My Wife bought me a backrack for my truck and they shipped the hardware kit and no rack. I have been waiting 4 months and i cannot get anyone on the phone or via email. It's so bad i think they are out of business or really close to being out of business. I actually called the parent company Realtruck and the representative Grant was nice but could not get them to answer even him in their "Q". Very strange guys... It seems to be a normal product, a convenient (only from a computer) website with a convenient catalog and at the same time no feedback either by phone or by email, although no, they sometimes respond to email, but a couple of months after your request. There is no technical documentation for the product (at least dimensions) and it is impossible to understand how the part will actually fit.
