Brought my backflow in, dude took it apart and told me what was wrong with it. These guys are busy and there were customers coming and going the whole time. I just waited patiently for my turn and got hands on advice from a subject matter expert. This is a grade A business. They're doing lots of things right. They even have a YouTube channel.

This is a first class company. Our backflow preventer was leaking so I went to Backflow Supply to buy a repair kit since it appeared to be a gasket problem. As I was getting ready to pay $55 for the kit, I spoke with a man behind the counter. He told me that the problem might be debris in the unit and not a failed gasket. He told me to go home and turn on the sprinklers. That might fix the problem he said. He also showed me how to remove debris on a unit that he had there. Wow. These guys are great. Needed to repair my backflow valve and they not only had a much cheaper price for a complete rebuild, but the owner helped me do it in store and inspected the valve. Went way beyond! Best service maybe ever in my life for a business transaction.

I am a licensed backflow prevention tester and repair technician. I was in need of a part that none of my local supply houses could get me. One of my normal online retailers showed it in stock, but when I placed the order I got a phone call from them telling me they actually don't have it in stock and they can't get it.
