I am a licensed backflow prevention tester and repair technician. I was in need of a part that none of my local supply houses could get me. One of my normal online retailers showed it in stock, but when I placed the order I got a phone call from them telling me they actually don't have it in stock and they can't get it. Purchased a 1” inlet valve for my Zurn 375 series to replace my corroded one that was gushing water. I was quoted an insanely high amount to fix it. Cheapest price I’ve found and shipping was quick! Took 30 minutes to make the repair and I’m a happy guy. Saved me about $900 so overall a great experience and I’ll be using them if other parts start to go.
Great honest group of people I placed an order online and the person in charge of packing the orders left out an item I contacted them and they fix it and sent out the other one right away. Highly recommend this is the first time I have done business with them, but definitely will not be the last and I will recommend them to anyone
