I recently visited the Backdraft facility in Florida. I was amazed. Everybody there treated me like family. from Frank, who I believe is the owner to the parts specialist Taylor and Ramse in the mechanics in the shop, everybody works hard to make it a special place. If you own a Cobra, you owe to yourself to visit this place. It’s amazing. I have bought many extras for my new Cobra here and every time the fit, Finish and part was exactly what I needed. Everything fit like a glove thank you Backdraft. I now have my dream car.
I deal with these guys often and they always deliver stellar service and technical help.
Ordered wheels 4 months and one week ago. Told they would be in 6-8 weeks. I called to follow-up and was told that individual in parts was let go. So I dealt with the parts manager. The daughter of one of the multiple owners. I was told the would be in about a little over a month ago. That they just needed to be unloaded at the port and would be in on that Friday, then that Monday, then that Thursday. Response to your response which again is you just not wanting to do anything. Who drove the trailer with the cobras to barrett jackson???? If you can drive them there you can pick up my cobra. I would absolutely agree there is an engine problem since the first day you dropped it off!!!!! I literally told you this after I drove the car for the first 10 mins!!! How about you schedule on your dime to pick up my cobra that you built and get you or whoever you had put the engine in the car and fix it so I can actually drive the C... read more
