My husband and I stopped here on our way home from Sacramento. At first we weren't sure of the place since the look from outside is kind of deceiving but as soon as you walk in you see and feel that good atmosphere. We had a brunch so we order the chorizo burrito and the avocado with bacon sandwich which both were delicious. We each also order a side order of the meyer lemon ricotta pancakes which were awesome!!!
We had an awesome expiernece here. Great wait staff, delicious unique dinner choices, mouthwatering desserts, and wide selection of local wine. Very accommodating to food allergies and even made a special off menu dessert to accommodate dairy and gluten allergies. Exciting to see more farm to table, local centric restaurants.
The atmosphere is cozy and eclectic. The food, fresh and beautifully presented. The staff is friendly, genuine and professional. I’ve eaten here several times and it never disappoints. I will be back.. often!
Food was excellent. Wine list is okay Ambience doesn’t match the quality of the food. Small and noisy. However it’s worth a repeat visit. They desperately need a new larger location. Wait staff was excellent.
Small but cute. Service was excellent. And most importantly the food was spot on. Our table had the Kobe beef burger, octopus tacos, focaccia bread, Mac and cheese, and 3 different desserts, ALL delicious! Will definitely be back to try other items!
We used to LOVE LOVE LOVE it there..then when we went vegan, whole plant foods, there was nothing on the menu for us. Dairy is IN most of the 'vegetarian' dishes, and dairy is not plant-based, so it's off our radar. Nothing against BDB itself, just that WE don't make THOSE food choices anymore.
