Love the gym! Literally the best gym in town with the best coaches and great program to get you fit and ready for anything! Not only do they have CrossFit but also has free weights and it’s open 24 hrs. Favorite coaches there are Ryan and Caitlin. They are great people and they love what they do and they take pride in their coaching and their people. Try the gym out! Go to one of their classes and you won’t regret it.
The set-up of this complex is amazing. In the front is the regular gym with top of the line workout equipment. There is 24/7 access to get your workout on. There is a large outdoor turf area that can be utilized for anything that you need space to move. Then, there is the CrossFit gym. The set-up is amazing for the members. It’s a good gym never to overpacked always kept clean and everybody just minds their business and does their thing! Definitely needs a stretching room or a zone where to stretch though !
I highly recommend this gym to anyone! They offer a wide variety of workout classes that make it easy to fit fitness into your schedule, even if you don’t have much time. Plus, they have 24/7 access to free weights, which is a huge bonus! Cait and Ryan do an amazing job of keeping the gym in top shape—they’re always upgrading, maintaining, and making sure everything runs smoothly. This is not just a gym. It’s a community that motivates you to do better and more. And the instructors are amazing, one of my favs is Amber she truly makes the difference!
