we order simple, they mixed the 2 burgers up. So showed the manager, she quickly said she was sorry & said she would remake them. She brought out 2 burgers exactly the same. My son says, "I will just preform surgery." He had 2 tops & I got 2 bottoms. It was just simple & we won't be back. The workers are super friendly!
Slow 40+ minutes to get food, got the order wrong and the people next to us got moldy bread.
Went there tonight with the family and they made a mistake on our order which is understandable because it happens. When I was in High School I worked in fast food so I get it. What I don't get is when we went back to fix the mistake, Romeo and crew basically accused us of trying to get a free burger. The first manager yelled at my wife and I with my kids in the car. I have never had that level of disrespect from any restaurant in my life. In the end they never offered to fix the problem.

Paid over $20 for a PoGo card app that let's you buy a meal, get a burger free. They wouldn't accept the mobile version because they said they owners required me to have the paper version, when the app is specifically meant for mobile phones.
My son and I love the blackjack chicken club and chili cheese fries or chili cheese onion rings! My only complaint is that they only have one location. PLEASE PLEASE OPEN ONE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF TOWN!!! Thanks!
