So, I came into Backyard Burger with my wife and kids. As soon as we got in the door the server, Cindy, was on the company phone complaining to someone about some personal business that she had no business discussing in front of customers. I had to wait for her to wrap up her personal affairs before I could order. Once we started ordering my son started touching the cups. I will admit he was absolutely in the wrong and I understand it's unsanitary, but before I could say anything she yelled at my kid to "stop doing that". Ag... read more
I am officially addicted to the cranberry walnut chicken salad with blackened chicken. I am usually in a hurry because I am on my lunch break and never have to wait long at all. The young man that works the window is always there and probably has my order memorized at this point. There is always a smile on his face and he is so friendly! Great service and always delicious!

Great, helpful staff, even last customers of the night! The burger with mushrooms and grilled pineapple (my creation!) was one of the best I've enjoyed. I added fried pickles as my side and apple cobbler for dessert. DELICIOUS!
