The entire experience was disappointing
Backyard burgers on N state st in Jackson should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered burger and they didnt put any mayo on it , had to go back after 10 minutes and they didnt make me another one even tho they said they were, I took an onion off of it and of course they warm up the same burger and gave back to me with only the one onion on it . Ridiculous, any food place supposed to remake their mistakes, sloppy
last night I lost my "most favorite burger in the whole world, The Black and Bleu". the company has made a choice to change beef. the burger was awful in taste, in presentation. NO MORE BLACK AND BLEU OR BACK YARD BURGER FOR ME. SO SORROWFUL!
Please see the attached receipts I received. When I ordered my food I was quoted $9.97. Once I got to the window the cashier took my card for awhile then pulled out their phone..I received the 1st receipt that said paid with cash? I questioned the receipt and also why they pulled their phone out and the person showed me they were trying to figure how much I owed with the calculator on their phone and should me $11.68 on their phone. If an establishment closes at 9pm, when should customers stop coming to drive thru? I made it to drive thru 10 minutes prior closing to order a drink only to sit 8minutes to then be told you are closed before your closing time. And even worse the same guy who told me you were closed saw me pull up as he took trash out. He could have said something then rather than have me sit there.
Just drive the extra 5 miles to the one in Cordova 🙄🙄🙄 🗣🗣🗣 Theghetto! Who gives you 5 drinks in a 4 cup holder and then spills them on you and then she’s rude. No ma’am I’ll drive an extra 5 miles just for some good customer service
