Everything tasted so good until I️ looked down at my wrap and noticed that my next bite of my Hawaiian chicken wrap was pink, under cooked meat. Disgusting.

So got all the way home without a burger from backyard burger. Called to say I didn't want to come back right now cause everyone else who had their burgers were ready to eat, just to see what they would say. Well needless to say I can stop by anytime to get that burger. Well that will be wonderful with no fries, no drink and nothing for the boys! Yummy!!! Great customer service Backyard Burger!
Ordered the blacken chicken club with cheese with no mayo. Order was messed up and had mayo and no cheese or lettuce. When i went to them to correct it they just wiped off the mayo and brought it back and it was still wrong. Will not ever eat here again.

The service was fantastic but the Mahi burger tastes like the fish sandwiches you would have on Friday back in elementary school.
Ms. KarLee is an angel in the truest sense. I would no doubt have passed out from low blood sugar and getting overheated with 3 kids in my care tonight if it hadn't been for Ms. KarLee. She was so kind to get me a bottle of water and come sit down at the table so I could place our order. Ms. KarLee most definitely went above & beyond tonight. Stellar customer service. Genuine kindness. Thank you, thank you, thank you, to a wonderful, caring young lady. ��
