Wow soooo rude! Went through the drive through with my girlfriend and her son to get dinner and we gave the girl our order and the girl told me to “hang on” got a guy on the thing and he goes “ok now what was your order” told him and he goes “we are out of that salad so what can I get you” told him I needed a minute “uhhh ok” then I asked if they were out of salad completely and this man really said “ isn’t that what I just told you” I said um thanks we will be going somewhere else and he goes “ok then” I’m blown away at how... read more

RecommendedIt was absolutely a great burger!! even the cheese was melted just perfectly!! the strawberry shake was the best I ever had!! I will be back...probably tomorrow!!!
Friday evening, September 4 at 7PM, I went through the drive through. there were two employees smoking at the back door with a very strong aroma that smells like pot when i rolled my window down. I ordered two combos. When I got home with my food, both orders were wrong. A blackened chicken sandwich was black due to being burned. I could not eat it. A bacon cheddar burger that was supposed to be plain had everything on it. That was $20 wasted. Very disappointing
I went through the drive thru and ordered and Number 1. When I finally got home 3 hours later, I discovered that there no burger in my bag and hardly any fries as well. I absolutely will never give them service again nor do I reccomend Back Yard Burgers. I'm glad to know that I wasted $11.
last night I lost my "most favorite burger in the whole world, The Black and Bleu". the company has made a choice to change beef. the burger was awful in taste, in presentation. NO MORE BLACK AND BLEU OR BACK YARD BURGER FOR ME. SO SORROWFUL!
I ordered a large fry and this is what I got. A small fry in a large container.
The service was good but the lettuce in my salad was rotten! Not just brown but slimy and rotted.
Nice and clean environment, always good food,nice and friendly staff ...
