Many of you including many of my customers have heard me talk about how much I like my chiropractor- how he looks at my whole lifestyle (how I sleep, my running shoes, how I sit in a car- my worst agony), how we work on adjusting my activities as a team, how it's led me to gain so much from yoga and be able to run again but with less mileage, and really listen to my body- well this is that guy!
