answer emails and sell products that actually perform as advertised. what a rip off
I called at least 5 times and explained that I only received 1 of the 2 orders and was charged and I was informed someone would call me back and I have yet to get a response. It’s been 2 weeks already. Unacceptable and will never purchase products from your company again.
RecommendedBought one of the tomato containers at a store, not directly from them. Unfortunately had thrown away my receipt by the time I opened the jar and was rather grossed out to see it had mold all over it (I am betting the store got them wet at some point, some of the other boxes they had didn't look in great condition, it wasn't Back to the Roots' fault). When I contacted them they didn't bat an eye, just asked for me to show them a picture of the mold (I would have too if I was them), and they made it right. I can't wait to use... read more
My 9 year old received an oyster mushroom kit as a gift and it just started growing mushrooms! We’re very excited.😊
Received my order WITHOUT the seeds and fertilizer stick. I have called and emailed several times and no one has responded. Very disappointed.
I have had several issues with Back to the Roots Water Garden. My pump died after a month and randomly started working agin, and the bottom of the tank cracked. No matter what this company says the pump in this tank WILL harm your fish. I have had a very healthy guppy get its tail sucked up into the pump and shredded, subsequently killing the fish. As of right now my tomato plants seem to be germinating well and I have sprouts that are about 2.5 inches tall. I bought it about 2 weeks ago at this point, so I'm pretty pleased. I did make the mistake of planting all of the seeds into the jar, not realizing I was only supposed to put a couple in. I just transplanted my excess into a new pot so hopefully I didn't traumatize them all to death. I'm looking forward to watching the sprouts grow into a full sized plant, and I'm really hoping to get tomatoes out of it.
The pump on my garden aquarium sucked up my beta fish and killed him. There’s clearly a design flaw with the pump that needs to be addressed.
