The work done was extremely professional. The technician performing the work was very curteous and extremely knowlegeablle about his work. He was most helpful in answering our questions and concerns. I am very pleased with overall experience of this company.

I can not recommend Back To Perfection highly enough! I used this company to fill 2 faucet holes in a solid surface countertop. From appointment scheduling to finished project everything went smooth as silk. The technician was exactly on time after calling ahead. By the time he was finished it was not even discernable that there had been holes in the surface...FLAWLESS!! He totally cleaned everything when finished and there was not a speck of dust anywhere. The associate was on time and hurriedly began work. He glued up use a piece of material that was previuosly cut for a color sample and NOT for the application. This left a large discolored glue line across the top of the countertop. Had I known he was going to take a short cut and NOT cut a piece to fit I would watched him more closely and not trusted him to do the job correctly. After submitting my request with HomeAdvisor, I received an e-mail from Darrel (Sales Rep from BacktoPerfection). Darrel was very professional and was not "pushy". He provided a quote and was available for questions about the quote. The repairs were done by Paul. Paul arrived right on time (a first in my experience for service technicians). BTP was easy to work with and the tech who did our job was awesome. It was high priced, but it got done right and done quickly.
Service man was very good - professional and friendly. The crack in my counter top was fixed perfectly. He could have given me a tip on how to polish the counter top so it didn't look so dull. I know he was rushed because he got to my house later than promised. However, I am happy with the repair and I would definitely use the company again.
