Professional, fast service and did an excellent job preparing/restoring my Corian countertops.

The work was done beautifully. We had a Corian sink replaced, and there is no evidence of the seam. Ryan was on time, professional, friendly, and cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the results. However the customer service experience was terrible. Our first appointment was cancelled via email at 10:45 the night before. Our kitchen was ready - doors off cabinet below sink, everything removed, etc. Darrel the sales rep and the office did not respond to my calls, emails, text messages the next day. The work is not scheduled for two more weeks. I can only attest to customer service and pricing at this point. The other company that was recommended to me asked for pictures, which I sent, and they thereafter failed to respond despite my repeated attempts to solicit their response. I was familiar with Back to Perfection in the past and know that they are a good solid company.
They were very professional and the work was beautiful. The repair was so much better than I expected.
John was on time and did a great job.I would use BTP again.
Sales people were extremely slow in responding to my requests The technician that completed the work (Ryan) was very professional, courteous, friendly, and completed the work in an excellent manner. Can not tell there was a scorched counter. My hats off to Ryan.
I was lucky, they showed up early. We discussed the repair and I was amazed how quick and easy the repair process was. You can not see where the break was. Is just perfect. Thank you
