STOP READING THIS AND GO EAT THEIR FOOD! I have worked in hospitality and culinary arts for over 25 years. Today I had a tasting at this Bistro with a couple that I am planning their wedding. I was thoroughly impressed with Justin and Chef Carol. Their kindness, hospitality, creativity, and professionalism are unmatched. The food was unique, beautiful, well-presented, and absolutely delicious! The mushroom was incredible! Also, I will dream of that honey butter for the rest of my days. Now, GO EAT THEIR FOOD!
