These guys are lifesavers! I've had a couple of injuries that have kept me on crutches. I found back to basics and I'm thrilled. The food is delicious and easy to heat up. It's healthy so I don't have to worry about eating poorly when getting around the kitchen is difficult. In fact, between injuries, I kept buying food. And when this injury is healed, I will keep buying food.

Everything I've had has been so tasty and filling, and I love the feeling of nourishment I feel from all fresh ingredients in the recipes. Definitely recommend!

I rarely leave reviews, so when I do, I mean it. This food and the customer service have both been wonderful. I love a good soup, and the Carrot Ginger Soup has become an all-time favorite. The chai almond butter is so flavorful I had to restrict myself to a daily dose. And the meat selections (although infrequent in my diet) have been some of the best in my life - and I'm a midwestern boy that has had his share of meats! The staff embody grace.
