I received my first Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage with Cookie Grover in St. Charles! The massage I had was the 60 minute Signature Massage. It was pure bliss. Cookie is exceptional at her craft and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I also chose to use her Infared Biomat which kept my body very warm. Outstanding massage by Robin. She did a cranial sacral release after I bumped my head and crammed my neck. So much pain relief! Super friendly staff and experienced massage therapists. Relaxing calm environment.
Cookie was amazing! She made sure that I was comfortable from the moment I walked it. We went over the spots that were really bothering me. She went to work on my shoulders and upper back. I got the full massage but my back was a rough mess of knots. I walked out feeling better than I had in weeks!
