Back Stage Realty takes great care of my rental property. Lease expires, tenants complain, maintenance needed, rent collected - they take care of it all and I cash the checks. They are the best!
RENTER BEWARE: this is definitely the trailer trash of property management. Didn’t know anything about hammock bay utilities or services prior to move in, during move out they left my freezer open during an open house and tried to blame it on me, ruined all my food. Then they charged me $300 to pressure wash the house, driveway and sidewalks for move out inspection, WHAT! Most of them were very rude. Be prepared for issues if you decide to use them.

A rental we wanted to look at was on hold until Stacy could determine a good time to view it because of current tenants. This was a week ago with no follow up calls from her. We called today and found out the rental has been given to a couple who were moving here because they submitted an application and made deposit.
