The location and atmosphere are awesome! The prices were a little inflated for the serving sizes. My little cup of clam chowder was $6.50. I ordered the fried grouper. It was overdone, giving the fish a rubbery texture. My wife ordered the seafood platter. She liked it and the portions were more generous than my chowder and entree.
The food great, and Madison took great care of me.
We love this place!! And of course Dahlonega is perfect! Service and food is always great..,you must order the Shrimp Gorgonzola Linguine! It's to die for!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
Drove over 20 miles fro some oysters Ordered a beer then the waiter asked what I wanted. I said oysters he says were out. Had to pay for a beer and a coke we didn’t even touch. Poor planning. That would be like coming to my place to get an oil change and I tell you I’m out of oil. Oh, and did I mention that it’s supposed to be an oyster bar? Smh
There was so much confusion/miscommunication among the staff just trying to seat us. We have a table-we don’t have a table. Our meal was over priced....one small catfish filet and a bag of chips for $13 or $14. Drink not included. It looked more like an appetizer. My ‘silverware’ was a small warped fork and knife. Overall, very disappointing. I won’t go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone!
