An Outside Bar The Back Porch is situated outside at Woody's. You can sit and have a cocktail while watching the boats come and go in the Channel. Weekends are always live music. The boat captains frequently stop by, and you can hear some amazing fish stories. They are closed in the winter, but have outside firepits and offer lap blankets during the chilly Spring. If the mosquitoes are bothering you, ask the bartender for some "Island Cologne." Great atmosphere and great people.
Horrible Experience Recently, we went to the BPB to see Gary P. Nunn. We were in a party of 8 and we paid our $15 to get in. When we asked about leaving and returning we were told that the Door Attendant would remember our "smiles" and laughed it off. We got a table in the back corner and before the music started we could see the band. However once Gary started playing, the only way to see or HEAR him was to go to the restroom. Recommendedit's a great view of the docs. The personnel are friendly. it's not fancy just a cool little hangout.
Hidden gem. Everyone we talked with were so friendly. We even saw a shark that someone had caught on one of the fishing charters.

Great management and great staff and customer service! Open atmosphere overlooking a marina and dog friendly! What else could one want?
The music at the Back Porch was great.. The only problem was getting passed the ID Nazi at the door. I mean I get it's her job n all to check ids but That lady takes her night of glory just a little too seriously. She threatened to have us removed for laughing at her Bully style of keeping everyone in line to check IDs.. Calm down gate keeper we not trying to sneak into the country illegally.
