Laid back outdoor bar next to the harbor in Port Aransas. Smoking is allowed (like most bars in Port A, unfortunately) but it’s outdoors, so there’s no problem unless the smoker is sitting next to you. Full bar with well-made cocktails and a selection of ice cold bottled beers. (I didn’t ask about wine, but I’m guessing the selection is small.)
