I met with Jared awhile dealing with awful sciatic issues for 4 months. With the exercises he gave me, after one week 70% of my pain alleviated. After a month 95% of the pain has subsided. He was able to answer all my questions and provide the proper treatment for what I needed. Definitely recommend !

I went to see Jared at back pain and I instantly felt better right after leaving. As an athlete it is important I feel my best at all times and Jared made sure to take care of me! Highly recommend!

I went to see Jared Littlefield originally for a car accident because i loved that they support local triathlons and sporting events. As an athlete he not only fixed my pain from my car accident within a week or so but had answers and solutions to all of my other questions regarding taking care of my body. I now don’t fear injury when i do strenuous exercise and it’s amazing piece of mind. We were like friends from day one and i always look forward to the next visit. plus, extremely affordable.
