RecommendedI have dealt with lower back issues for years. Physical therapy didn’t help. I went to a chiropractor once and was in even more pain . One of my co-workers told me about her chiropractor and told me he did miracles. I went not expecting a miracle at all. I was hoping to get some relief at best. After only 3 sessions, my lower back issues were gone! I have scoliosis so those issues may come back but I think with regular visits to back on track , it will be more manageable.
