Recommendedis a very good program and the people are very nice
wonderful organization! I ran with their Chicago Marathon team several years back and had a great experience getting to know a few of the people that make such a difference to many.
Volunteering with Back on Our Feet is such a great privilege for me. I use to weight over 400lbs and decided that I wanted to do something about my weight. I started to run 5K runs and finished last with the fire police following me the entire course. So often people make fun of those who are heavier. Well, forget that, I am Back on my feet now and consider it such a privilege to help encourage and walk/run with anyone considering to better themselves!!!!!!!!
They have changed my life. Great people with giant hearts and a passion to help others.
For the opportunity to give bope to so many like myself is an uplifting event that can be a turning piont forthose whom think they have no where to turn. Yes i did have the pleasure of participateing in this program when i was in Philadelphia. I've seen first hand how it can change minds. Wish it would com to Newark Nj.

this program is one of the best I have ever been in from October of last year. They have helped me with bank accounts, bus pass, and other stuff! back on my feet in we trust!!
I think the program is great it would be so much better if you all would extend to other countys. I'm a recovered addict of heroin and cocaine I have 7 months in today and I feel better today than I've felt in 15 years thank you for helping people in need.
