They do not do what they promise&maliciously removed regulator on tank before I was even a customer when the gas had been given to me by purchaser/home owner
Absolutely, positively the most horrendous service. We had 2 100 gallon tanks on our property with Heller's when we moved here. Thinking we were stuck with the supplier, we used Heller's for 3 years, dealing with abysmal "customer service" (they hate answering the phone and getting a delivery to you) and extortionate pricing. It would cost easily over $400 to fill both tanks. You absolutely MUST have a $0 balance before you get them re-filled. After paying off one such balance of $463, we scheduled a delivery. great service.. the only people on here are people who don't pay there bills. Then there service gets turn off and the company is bad. Might want to look in the mirror people!! Maybe your way of life is bad. Pay your bills!!

THEY LIED WHEN THEY SAID YOU GET 100.00 CREDIT FOR REFERRAL ,WE HAD A REFERRAL NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN IT IS UP TO 100.00 .EVEN THOUGH WE WERE TOLD MORE THAN ONCE IT WAS A 100.00 THINK BEFORE YOU CHANGE COMPANIES. After an awful time with my previous gas supplier I switched to hellers. I BOUGHT tanks so I wouldn't be charged rental, as I don't use a lot of propane. I found Hellers to be courteous, as well as helpful answering my questions. I am VERY happy with them, and will continue to use them. I just called to get my annual fillup and the girl was very nice and helpful. thanks for being there!
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. When the delivery didn't arrive by the expected time, I called, only to find that the order was never even processed. When I asked for a timeframe of delivery, I was only told, "Sometime this week...depends on the drivers and the routes." Apparently, scheduling deliveries is not their strongest quality.
They have been very helpful and fair with us. Everyone we have dealt with has been very professional and we are pleased with Back Mountain Bottled Gas Service.
Awful company. They charge an arm and a leg for their gas so I switched. In February of 2015 I called to get my tanks filled and they waited until I ran out to fill them. Then summer came and I didn't use the gas. I Then found Mason's. (A much better company) When I called Hellers to set up a removal, they took the tanks before they we're empty and refused to refund my money. I'm out $600. They literally stole their propane back, that I purchased.
