Heller's charges less than half of what AmeriGas charges and they have great customer service. The AmeriGas tank came with my house, had no idea how much that would cost me. Perhaps my $4,416.67 bill from AmeriGas charging 4.769 a gallon will enlighten you. Switching to Heller, my bill would have been around $2200.00.
Complete incompetence and liars. Two years in a row they have pulled the same garbage. After we reluctantly went to their " automated" system when this happened last year, our gauge got well below 20 percent and no deliveries. Called and they assured us they're be there in 5 days. Called on the fifth day, after they did not show with no calls or apologies and they assured us they're be there that day. Gauge at 8 percent and 5 degrees outside. They never came. The customer service and delivery are top notch.
I started using Heller's Gas when I first moved to Pa. in 2015. I left in April of that same year because I was very unhappy in every way possible. In 2018 I was lured back with the promise of a great price. Skeptical I took the chance because I'm not rich and couldn't afford to pass up a deal like that. What a nice surprise! Heller's is like a whole new company. It's not just the price. They seem to have a whole new way of doing things. I have been very pleased with all matters of customer service. No complaints.
Excellent service! Tanks are always maintened or replaced if necessary. I never ran out of gas Always on time delivery.
I change my service to Hellers after a very hard time in my life. I had been though a divorce and had medical issues and hard issues with my current service company. I stopped by the office and spoke to Phil. He made me feel like a person again.! After telling my parents about my experience with Hellers in lake ariel and my conversation with Phil and the other staff members at the office. I have been a customer over 5 years and they have always answered my questions and/or concerns and have been excellent in their on time deliveries. I would recommend them to anyone.
Dylan VanLone and Nick arrived on time and hooked up my propane tank quickly. All lines were checked for leaks and all work was done in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend Heller's Gas Co. Great price and exceptional service. Thank you.
