Heller's Gas made the transition to propane very easy. I am new to this and it was incredibly easy to set up service. They were very friendly and had great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have been a costumer for a few years now . They are very helpful and very polite . Im glad I went with Hellers Gas . Ive had some other gas companies in the past .Not to mention any names . Had new tanks installed today as a new customer. The service guys were quick, polite, and neat. Appreciate the removal of their shoes before entering house to ops check the two fireplaces.
I appreciate the wonderful service you have given me since I dealt with your company since Feb 2018. The first heater was defective and you replaced it. There was a gas leak in the house for over 7 weeks and I was given a credit. On Oct 1, a very kind gentleman (Alex) took much time over the phone to explain things. I really appreciate your service. I am new to propane service and had questions about my bill. I called and spoke with Customer Service, and my questions and concerns were addressed. They were understanding and helpful.
I have really had a hard time with finances this past year and Heller's Gas worked with me so I could make payments on my gas bill. I would have not every been able to do this without their help. They were courteous and care about their customers.
I have to say this is one of the best companies I've ever done business with , would would recommend them to anyone, hats off to them , I will be a customer to them from now on, thank you Robert Murray Shippensburg PA
Very poor customer service. I came as a new customer and was originally told that my first delivery was COD then from there after I would be on automatic delivery. I went out and checked my tanks almost empty, so I called and was informed that I was on will call which was not the case from what I was told, if I were I would not have left them get that low and have now ran out. There was a truck not even 2 minutes from my house and they would not let them come fill me on one the coldest days of winter.
