Love this office so much. Dr.Ratzker took great care of me before during and after my surgery. He listens and doesn’t make me feel “rushed” , the office staff is great especially my favorite Nicole. They are really there to help and make things easier when I’m unable to speak with doctor. Highly recommend this office. Thank you guys for everything.

Just had an experience with Mike, the office administrator. I am also a medical office administrator and called on behalf of my patient, who was post operative and needed PT. He had no idea what was going on, had her last name incorrect, after the patient repeatedly asked them to update it. He hung up on me twice and refused to give her the PT that she needed. He should not be dealing with patients and/or patient care. Unfortunately, it does not matter how good the doctor care is when you have to deal with personnel like Mik... read more
