As a golfer who sometimes gets out whack while whacking the ball I get stiff - to the point my back spasms and becomes incredibly stiff. I found Dr. Bense through google search and she has done wonders - the spasms and stiffness are both gone! I now go for regular adjustments and it has made all the difference in how I feel!
